FCA Magazine features inspirational stories of high-achieving athletes and their relationship with God. Below are three American Olympic athletes featured in the most recent edition of the magazine.
1. Kelly Clark: A 34-year-old snowboarder, Clark made the American Olympic halfpipe snowboard team for the fifth time in 2018. Regarded as the most accomplished athlete in women's halfpipe history, she found eternal purpose in 2004 when she embraced Christianity.
2. Gigi Marvin: A three-time Olympian and two-time silver medal winner with the American women's hockey team, Marvin has been affiliated with FCA since she was a student at the University of Minnesota. The 30-year-old is also a five-time World Champion with the national program and has a combined 27 points through 35 games in the World Championships.
3. Nic Taylor: A former track sprinter, Taylor is participating in his first Olympic games as a bobsled athlete after taking up the sport in 2012. He is married to fellow American and bobsled Olympian Elana Meyers Taylor; while engaged, they underwent a joint baptism before an audience of their teammates.
